Is't possibly nice to have a little pill that could add years to our lives, fight off disease, reduce the effects of aging and make us look and feel 15, 20 or 25 younger? Then if this miracle pill exist, we probably would take it everyday without fail, maybe even several times a day, in order to live a long healthy life.
The very good news is, that this pill does exist and it is called EXERCISE. I know many folks do not expect this simple answer, but physical fitness is the closet thing we have on Earth to a fountain of youth.
Daily exercise, whether it's walking, jogging, stair climbing dancing or weight lifting makes bones and muscles stronger, denser and able to withstand the effects of age.
Exercise also burns excess calories and reduces body fat, which keep us trim, toned and as much as making us feel younger like under eighteen.
